Crab With Padang Sauce

Ingredients:
500 Gr Crab - Remove the shell - Wash
300 Ml Broth
Gr 5 Lime Leaf
10 Gr Salt Cap Kapal®
600 Gr Cooking Oil
10 Gr Lemongrass

Ground spices:
30 Gr Garlic
40 Gr Cayenne Pepper
40 Gr Big Red Chili Pepper
20 Gr Salt Cap Kapal®
40 Gr Brown Sugar
20 Gr Ginger
10 Gr Turmeric - Rosted - Puree
80 Gr Pepper
60 Ml Chilly Sauce
40 Ml Tomato Sauce
200 Gr Tomato - Puree

How to make:
1. Fried Crab half-baked. Remove and drain.
2. Stir-fry until fragrant spices, ad broths and other sauces. Stir well
3. Add the Crab, Cook over low heat until cooked and the flavors mingle.
4. Sprinkle with salt iodized Cap Kapal® - Serve.
